cDNA clones	Clone List
A total of 48,562 clones from the following cDNA libraries are available: etiolated shoot, green shoot, callus, root, panicle at flowering stage, panicle at ripening stage, panicle longer than 10 cm, panicle shorter than 3cm, panicle between 3-10cm, and immature leaf including apical meristem. Use the keyword search service to query available clones from each library. Individual cDNA libraries are not available for distribution.

Pig Full-length cDNA	Clone List(Excel)(PDF)
Full-length cDNA sequence of 10,147 representative clones from cDNA libraries constructed from porcine tissues (three-way crossbred, Landrace and Berkshire). All available clones can be searched from the Pig Expression Data Explorer (PEDE) or various search tools in DDBJ/EMBL/GenBank.
Pig BAC library screening system
A two-step system for screening a pig BAC library consisting of 103,488 clones constructed using genomic DNA derived from a three-way crossbred ((Landrace x Large White) x Duroc). First, request for a "superpool set" (containing 22 superpools) and perform PCR to identify the superpool containing the clone of interest. Then request for the"4D pool" (containing 34 DNA pools) corresponding to the superpool with the clone of interest to identify the specific clone. Details are described in Suzuki et al. (2000) Animal Genetics 31:8-12.
