RICEDB genome map was prepared by Rice Genome Project in Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. You can access RICEDB in following way.

You can browse RICEDB by WWW browser.
- FTP : Get all RICEDB's by anonymous ftp.
RICEDB(ricedb.tar.gz, File size 77Mbytes, AceDB version 4 formatted) is compressed by gnuzip for easy transfer.

- X-window : Browse by X-window
You can browse RICEDB by X-window terminal.
You will need to have X-window terminal and an on-line account of bank.dna.affrc.go.jp. We recommend not to use this method from outside MAFFIN-Network (Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Research Network), because X-window will transmit a large amount of image data for it.
