The FASTA format contains a mandatory first line beginning with the
">" followed by a name of the sequence.
This is followed by the biological sequence either in lowercase or
uppercase.
Please limit the number of bases/aminoacids to no more than 60 per row.
An example of the FASTA format looks like this
